Communications officer of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Okaikoi Central Constituency, Ibrahim Osumanu a.k.a Ebo, has thrown a challenge to Member of Parliament for the area, Hon. Patrick Boahmah to mention three development projects he has initiated since he became MP in 2013.

The legislator, he said, has failed to provide any meaningful development for the constituency since he was voted into Parliament except, perhaps, the construction going on in front his residence.
The Okaikoi Central NDC, he said, would match Hon. Boamah boot for boot for the seat in the impending 2020 elections and ensure the party take over the parliamentary seat.
In a release copied to the Daily Democrat, Ibrahim Osumanu noted that as the communications officer for the constituency, he would pursue the NDC’s agenda win 2020 vigorously to ensure victory in both the presidential and parliamentary polls.
He noted that as the eye, ear and mouthpiece of the constituency, he will ensure all information would be disseminated to the grassroots and to champion the course of the great NDC.
“Okaikoi Central is well rejuvenated and connected with grassroots in the constituency and that is a sign of wrestling and winning the seat in 2020,” he declared.
The Okaikoi Central NDC constituency executives, he said, will revamp all 104 branches in the constituency to implement the operation Win your Ballot Box/Branch for the party.
“We will empower the branch executives, which will then trickle down to all members to get them busy working for the party.”
“Though the 2020 national elections will not be an easy task we will not compromise or negotiate losing to the New Patriotic Party (NPP),” he stressed.
Ghanaians, he said, are suffering under the NPP administration led by President Nana Akufo-Addo and noted that the NDC is the only messiah to save the country and Ghanaians for this heavy burden.
